Parents, Guardians, Students, and Community Members,
We are so glad that you are here! There are many things you'll need to know throughout the year, so the most important thing is having access to our Membership Toolkit. It is the hub for communications, calendars, forms, volunteer opportunities, payments, and much more.
Membership Toolkit Account Setup Guide
Membership Toolkit is our secure online system for managing member information, event registrations, volunteer opportunities, sponsorships, organization communications, and much more.
If you're new to Membership Toolkit or need to connect to your existing EPIMC account, follow the steps below.
Step 1: Create Your Membership Toolkit Account
- Visit the EPIMC Membership Toolkit Login Page.
- Select Account under New User?.
- Enter your name, email address, and create a password.
- Click Create Account.
If you registered in Cheddar Up for marching band, your information has already been imported. Please review your account carefully to ensure all information transferred correctly.
Step 2: Verify Your Email Address
After creating your account, Membership Toolkit will send a verification email.
- Open the email.
- Click the verification link.
- Return to Membership Toolkit and sign in.
If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, be sure to check your Spam or Junk folder.
Step 3: Link Your Existing EPIMC Family Record
If your family already has an EPIMC membership, Membership Toolkit will attempt to match your account using your email address.
If a match is found:
- Follow the prompts to link your account.
- Confirm your household information.
- Verify your contact details.
Instead, contact Melissa Barbehenn at bandstand@epimc.org or send a message through the Band App so we can connect your account to the correct household.
Step 4: Review and Update Your Information
Once you're logged in, take a few minutes to review your family's information.
Please verify:
- Parent/Guardian Names
- Email Addresses
- Phone Numbers
- Mailing Address
- Emergency Contacts (if applicable)
- Health Information (allergies, asthma, medications, etc.)
- What ensembles and classes your student is involved in (Marching, Symphonic, Jazz)
- List all instrument(s) the student currently plays.
Keeping your information current helps ensure you receive important announcements and event updates throughout the school year.
Step 5: Explore Membership Toolkit
Once your account is set up, you can:
- Register for events
- Complete online forms
- Purchase sponsorships
- Sign up to volunteer
- View the member directory (if enabled)
- Receive organization communications
- Update your family's information anytime
We are still in the process of building all of the resources that will be available to all of our families and we appreciate your patience while we work through some learning curve ourselves.
Download the Membership Toolkit app to access the latest EPIMC information on the go
The Membership Toolkit app provides an added convenience of accessing information on the go. The app links to our information through your internet browser and includes all features.
The app is available free in the Apple Store and in Google Play. Download it one time for all of the organizations that you are affiliated with that are using Membership Toolkit. If you belong to multiple organizations that are using Membership Toolkit, when you log in to the app you will see all of your organizations presented and you can toggle between organizations.
