EPIMC relies on the dedication of parent and guardian volunteers to serve as chaperones for all marching band activities. Chaperones play a vital role in providing a safe, organized, and positive experience for our students.
Chaperones must meet the EPSD volunteer clearance requirements. (Free for volunteers)
Day-of Arrival
Playoff Games:
If you are scheduled to chaperone, please arrive as close to 4:00 p.m. as possible and meet in the hallway outside the band room.
If the football teams loses, all following chaperone opportunities will be canceled.
